This Refund Policy describes the conditions under which Weekend Football (“we”, “us”, or “our”) offers refunds for game bookings and memberships made through our website.

Game Booking Refunds

• Refund Eligibility: Refunds for game bookings may be requested on a case-by-case basis, subject to the following conditions:
  • The refund request is made at least 6 hours before the scheduled start time of the game.
  • The request is made due to circumstances beyond the control of the user, such as medical emergencies or unexpected travel disruptions.

• Refund Process: To request a refund for a game booking, please contact us at support@weekendfootball.in with your booking details and reason for the refund. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the booking. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

• Non-Refundable Circumstances: Refunds will not be provided for:
  • Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the scheduled start time of the game.
  • No-shows or late arrivals.
  • User dissatisfaction with game conditions or other participants.

• Cancellation by Weekend Football: In the event that Weekend Football cancels a game for any reason, users will be entitled to a full refund of their booking fees.

Membership Refunds

• Membership Types:
  • Casual Membership: Users are automatically enrolled in the Casual Membership upon creating an account on our website.
  • Pro Membership: Pro Membership provides additional benefits and features, including the waiver of service fees for one player per booking during the membership period. Ground fees still apply.
  • Squad Membership: Squad Membership offers premium benefits, including the waiver of service fees for up to three players per booking during the membership period. Ground fees still apply.
• Non-Refundable Memberships:
  Once purchased, memberships (Pro and Squad) are non-refundable. Users are responsible for reviewing the membership benefits and terms before making a purchase.

Changes to this Refund Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website.
